Good Friday Self-Service

You are invited to come to the church for some one-on-one time with Jesus!

This is a time for you to spend alone in solemn prayer, worship, thanksgiving, confession, and communion.

There will be a cross on the floor along with hammers, nails, pens, and paper.  If you wish, you may write your struggles, sins, and worldly desires on a piece of paper; and nail it to the cross as a symbolic reminder of the all-encompassing sacrifice of Jesus Christ.  Rest assured, no one will read what you have written.

There will also be a table set up with the communion elements, offering a stark reminder that to reach communion with Jesus, we must first remember His sacrifice.

Stay as long as you like, and enjoy this quiet, powerful opportunity for communion.
